Our facility includes a prep space for caterer use. All caterers must have their health permits. No cooking is permitted on site.
Our prep kitchen includes: two residential ovens, a three door fridge, a stand up freezer, and ample counter space. There is a power hook up outside for caterers who bring their own cooking trailer.
We supply three 6’ folding tables (linens not provided) for buffet use.
We recommend caterers bring any ice they may require.
At the end of the night, we ask that caterers who have used our prep kitchen empty the garbage & recycling into the bins (on site), clean all surfaces, and sweep & mop the floors.

We provide DJs with a harvest style table in the pavilion. We have many outlets for DJ use in the pavilion.
If a table is required for the ceremony, the DJ is to supply that themselves.
We will provide the DJ with a list of house keeping rules to be announced at the start of the event. We ask that music levels be reduced to below 90 decibels after 11:00 pm. We also request that microphones are not used to “hype” guests.
DJs and their equipment must be cleaned up and removed from the property by 1 AM.

Venue access: rentals begin at 10 am (early access is available). All guests and vendors must exit the property by 1 am. Décor cleaning & storage service is available.
Rehearsals: for 2022 we include a two hour rehearsal, the week of the wedding (subject to availability). In 2023 it will be up to each couple if they would like to book a rehearsal for an additional charge.
